WHAT WE DO
Rooted in Recovery is a down to earth, safe place for all races and genders to be open and vulnerable. No session is the same. Meetings with the therapist are client-driven and person-centered in order to provide support in the way you need it most in a current moment, In therapy, you should expect to be met with challenges. The therapist will support and guide you down a path of self-awareness and help you to set and maintain realistic goals for yourself.
