LICHELE WHITE
Lead Clinician & Owner
Lichele White is the owner of Rooted in Recovery Therapeutic Services, LLC (2020). She received her undergraduate degree from Virginia State University and her master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Virginia Commonwealth University. She has devoted her career to addressing substance abuse, community services, and therapy services utilizing a compassionate and genuine approach. Lichele is fueled by her passion for being able to support others in their time of need and considers herself just “doing what needs to be done”. Lichele is eager to build on her educational, personal, and professional experiences and goals.
Dr. Rita
LPC - ACS Clinical Director
Rita is an experienced therapist with over 25 years of helping individuals overcome barriers and helping them re-frame situations for optimal living. She has the expertise to guide individuals to a more productive place of functioning. With compassion and varied treatment modalities, Rita meets individuals where they are on their journey and assist them in a non-judgmental manner with a person-centered approach. Rita has an eclectic approach, which allows her to provide therapy to individuals with diverse backgrounds.
